| Tennis Court Key Request |
It takes three things to get a key for the tennis courts: 1. Your AFCA maintenance fees must be paid. 2. You must pay a $15.00 administrative fee for a key. 3. You must fill out a small registration form for our records. If you obtain a combination key and subsequently lose it, it will take another $15.00 fee to get another one. The key must also be renewed after the beginning of January of each year, as the locks are changed yearly at that time. The Tennis Court key registration form is in Adobe Portable Document Format. If you don’t have the free Adobe Reader program, you can obtain it at the Adobe Corp. home page. You can fill this form out onscreen, print it, and bring it with you when you come to get your key or you can mail it to CAM and they will send your key via return mail.
