*The Atascocita Forest Community Association Board of Trustees is empowered by the Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions filed for each of the 20 sections of the development. The BoT consists of five trustees, each of whom serves for a three year term. The terms are staggered so that no more than two positions are up for nomination/election in any given year. The BoT is tasked with performing its duties "...for the benefit and betterment of the residents and property owners...to provide for maintenance and preservation of the properties (belonging to AF)...and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents (of AF)." The Bot is also specifically tasked with taking care of the various contracts required to conduct AF business (for pools, grounds maintenance, management, security, etc.), the collection and management of maintenance fees, and to generally take care of subdivision common properties. We currently transact contracts for property management (with CAM, Inc.), for pool maintenance and personnel (with DS ), for grounds maintenance (Lake Houston Landscaping). The BOT meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the CAM offices or at the pool, please check the main web page.
